Starters and desserts are taken from the A la carte menu at the time of dining and could include British Cured Meats & Pickled Walnut, or Charred Mackerel, Salted Gooseberry & Green Tomato. Desserts could include Chocolate Mousse, Hazelnut & Coffee and Sour Cherries, Cream Cheese, Hibiscus, Treacle & Mugwort Ice Cream.

It's the signature dish at Craft London and served in clay at the table. As you tap your duck, the clay surrounding the bird reveals layers of hay and fermented cabbage, until a gorgeous bronze roasted duck is revealed. Taken back to the kitchen to be carved into pieces for your plate, your duck returns with a tantalising treacle, duck jus, pickled cabbage and brined pears.
